Overview

The Forefront Security for Office Communications Server (FSOCS) Best Practices Analyzer compares your existing FSOCS deployment against recommended best practices to identify configuration setting changes that could help you improve FSOCS performance and malware detection rates. The Best Practices Analyzer is installed alongside the FSOCS administrative console and can query configuration settings on both local and remote server installations. The Best Practices Analyzer does not modify any configuration settings, rather, it alerts the administrator to potential configuration issues and provides guidance on managing gaps in configuration best practices.
