OCS Contactlist application OCSCM

I found this contact tool, it look like very handy if you need to control global contactlists. I haven't tested it yet, because it OCS R2 RTM time :) building LAB right now, for as long i get permission to do it (from my home boss), you know, today it’s 24-12 :)
